I'm a sport scientist with more than 30 years experience as a teacher, coach, and researcher. I've worked at the universities of Bath, Bristol, Middlesex, and Queen's (Belfast) and have degrees in Physical Education and Sports Science. I have a PhD in Sports Physiology. Over my career, I've published more than 200 research articles on sport and exercise science.
I was a scratch golfer at age 17 and represented my county (Cheshire), college (Borough Road) and country (British Universities; England Juniors).
My twin backgrounds in Sport Science and high-performance golf led me to write my four books. My aim is to help players and coaches improve their performance in a simple, effective, scientifically proven way.
I live in the beautiful city of Stockholm with my wife Maya, and I'm still struggling to learn Swedish.
